Nice figures, Perry plastic. I gave oil painting the horses and then wiping the excess off with a cloth a go for the first time here. Its an old technique and the result was ok but I don't think I'll do it again as it was simply too much of a bugger on. Too messy by half and I get almost as good a result by a light coloured undercoat with a wash over the top.

Lovely light dragoons Dave, why not invest in a bottle of GW contrat ink for the next batch of horses. I would recommend the 'leather' washed over a dull yellow undercoat.
